Contact our B2B team by email or phone. Together we draft a framework contract defining pricing, billing terms and service levels. Opening a corporate account is free with no minimum-volume commitment.
Is end-of-month billing available?
Yes — all our corporate clients receive consolidated monthly billing. A single summary document covers every service (accommodation, transfers, services) with per-employee detail if needed.
Do you offer long-term contracts for expats?
Yes — we offer furnished leases from 1 to 12 months for expats and employees on long-term assignments. The homes are fully equipped, with housekeeping included and dedicated concierge. We also support you with the administrative steps of settling in.
Is there a minimum number of bookings to access corporate rates?
No — we don’t require any minimum volume. Even a first booking can benefit from our corporate terms if your company signs a framework contract. Rates are tiered based on monthly volume.
Do you handle visas and entry formalities for Tunisia?
